About
Hite Special Alloy is a high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in the production of Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, nickel and other high-temperature alloys.
Brief introduction:
Haynes HR-120 high-strength alloy has good resistance to industrial environments. It is used in the field of heat treatment tooling and industrial heating to replace 330800H alloy and stainless steel high-grade alloy. Excellent resistance to carburization and vulcanization.
Haynes HR-120 alloy is a solid solution strengthened heat resistant alloy that has excellent strength at high temperatures and excellent resistance to carburizing and vulcanizing environments. Its oxidation resistance can be comparable to other widely used Fe-Ni-Cr materials (such as 330 and 800H alloys), but it still has high strength at temperatures up to 2000 º F (1095 º C). Even compared to Ni-Cr alloys, it is significantly higher. This alloy is typically welded using HAYNES 556 filler wire.
