Hite Special Alloy is a high-tech enterprise, mainly engaged in the production of Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, nickel and other high-temperature alloys.
It has low and nominally constant coefficient of thermal expansion from room temperature to about 300℃.
4J32 alloy is also called Super-Invar alloy. In -60℃ to 80℃ temperature range the expansion coefficient is lower than that of 4J36, but the low temperature structure stability is not good as that of 4J36.
It has a linear expansion coefficient similar to that of 95% Al2O3 ceramic in -60℃ to 600℃ temperature range.
Mainly used to manufacture instrument parts and electronic components that require high precision in -50℃ to 300℃.
Alloy 46 is a Fe-Ni alloy that are intended primarily for sealing to glass in electronic applications.
It is also used for thermostats in industrial applications up to 450°C (840°F).
