1j22 Product Introduction:
1J22 is a high saturation magnetic induction strength iron cobalt vanadium soft magnetic alloy. Among the existing soft magnetic materials, this alloy has the highest saturation magnetic induction strength (2.4T), a high Curie point (980 ℃), and a maximum saturation magnetostriction coefficient (60-100 × 10-6)。 Due to the high saturation magnetic induction strength, when making an electric motor with the same power, the volume can be greatly reduced. When making an electromagnet, it can generate a large attraction force under the same cross-sectional area. Due to the high Curie point, this alloy can work at higher temperatures where other soft magnetic materials have been completely demagnetized, and maintain good magnetic stability. Due to its large magnetostrictive coefficient, it is extremely suitable for use as a magnetostrictive transducer, with high output energy and high work efficiency. The alloy has a low resistivity (0.27 μ Ω · m), not suitable for use at high frequencies. Due to its high price, easy oxidation, and poor processability, the addition of appropriate amounts of nickel or other elements can improve its processability.

Heat treatment
Cold rolled strip samples: Heat up to 850~900 ℃ in the furnace, hold for 3~6h, cool to 750 ℃ at a speed of 50 ℃/h, and then cool to 300 ℃ at a speed of 180~240 ℃/h. The annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than - 40 ℃.
Sample taken from forging billet: Heat up to 1100 ℃± 20 ℃ in the furnace, hold for 3-6 hours, cool to 850 ℃ at a rate of 50-100 ℃/h, hold for 3 hours, then cool to 700 ℃ at a rate of 30 ℃/h, and then cool to 300 ℃ at a rate of 200 ℃/h before being discharged from the furnace. The annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than - 40 ℃.
Used for materials that require high magnetic induction strength, low coercivity, and high rectangular ratio under low magnetic fields: Heat up to 850 ℃± 10 ℃ with the furnace, hold for 4 hours, cool to 750 ℃ at a rate of 50 ℃/h, hold for 3 hours, and then cool to 300 ℃ at a rate of 200 ℃/h before being discharged from the furnace. Start with a DC magnetic field of 1240 to 1600 A/m at the heat preservation (750 ℃). The annealing medium is hydrogen with a dew point not higher than - 40 ℃.
Special requirements:
It has been produced and used for many years, with stable performance and relatively mature materials. Suitable for lightweight, small size aerospace electrical components, such as microelectronic rotors, electromagnet heads, relays, transducers, and so on.
Organization structure:
The microstructure of this alloy is a single phase solid solution with a body-centered cubic lattice, which occurs near 900 to 930 ℃ γα Phase transformation, when the temperature is lower than 730 ℃, produces ordering, forming a FeCo superstructured, disordered α Phase transition to order α′ Phase.
